I have been trying to figure out how to Let Someone Go for 41 years, I fell in love with this person when I was in my teens and now I'm 60 years old. I know we were young and didn't know any better but I refuse to dismiss what I feel. I screwed it up by resting the long arm of the law and lost. I've tried My hardest to let go of what I consider Real because even after all these years I Still Have The Very Same Feeling In My Soul That I Love Her!!!! There hasn't been not 1 day that has gone by that She hasn't been on My mind. I've done My best to have feelings for someone else but I just find myself everyday in My head thinking of what We may have had if We had just stayed together. This is only the tip of the iceberg, I've been married for 20yrs to a very beautiful and Loving woman that I Love Very Much and want to spend the rest of My Life With but I have these thoughts and feelings I can't let go of for a 41 year old romance so How do I get rid of these years that I hold on to with all My strength but to no avail??? I will not leave My Wife for anything and I refuse to let this other woman take over what I have with My Wife, My Wife is in My opinion the most Beautiful woman I've ever seen in My life!!!! She is My Rock, My Shoulder To Cry On, Just plainly My Wife is My Soul. Someone please Please point Me in the right direction to let go of what has tormented Me for all these years and move on with what I have now. Letting go and letting God hasn't worked out for Me it just got worse so those ideas won't help My situation.... Thank You in advance....
