i would have made it pitch black, like plastics, frame, wheels, everything. But I would add the lights you put on except the LEDS and the Pink Lights. Instead of pink it would be white. so || Would be Brights and | Would be the Circle ones. I would have also put a 85cc in it, for more speed. But yours looks awesome too.

The first go kart (Hammerhead) with a stage 1 predator 212 goes 40+ mph and the second go kart (Murray) has a stock predator 224 and goes about 33 mph

Awesome was looking for a video that could help me out with headlights and the rear light on mine but how do you wire it and what do i need in order to do it?

Lots of lighting kits come with wiring but you may need to visit your local hardware store if you need the wires to be longer to fit your lights. You’ll need wire strippers and wire crimpers and the basic connections for the wires and your battery. Wiring comes down to just connecting correct wires together with butt splices and crimping them together in the splice in order to make sure they are transferring electricity.

The seat actually came with the go kart. F you have the seat mount you might be able to make your own with some foam cushion and some vinyl fabric. Gopowersports might also be a website to check out for something like that. Best of luck!

The one where drive go kart is a “Murray explorer” go kart from the early 2000s. Very cool piece of history and is a sweet go kart now.

I just installed the same engine on a manco 2 seater go kart with solid live axle and disc brakes. I deleted governor, the oil sensor, put 26pound valve springs and a straight pipe exhaust. Has torque converter also. Picks up speed really fast and does around 50 top speed.

My cousin has a 224 and overrode the governor and it's probably goes 60-65. And that's not even half throttle 🤣🤦he's undefeated in his neighborhood

I can take off the torque converter and gain some top end but it would take off really slow compared to now. I could definitely see it doing 60+. This is a larger go kart that I have with full roll cage and everything.

They can be hard to find sometimes, we normally look on craigslist or facebook marketplace. eBay and your local swap meet are also great places to find good karts! Thanks for Watching!

Love the video but with the gas tank it doesn't mount because it's the wrong one that's a mini dirt bike gas tank... but obviously take it with a grain of salt because honestly started building them last year so I admittedly don't really know too much 😅👍
