What are the prospects for selling and rehabbing this complex? What would the approximate end cost be, any idea? Can Wheeling (a charming Ohio River town) find an investor? And how advisable is investing in Wheeling right now? If a school or hospital were near by the units could be rented for student housing if they were appealing and reasonable - I certainly wish them all luck. A capital investment in housing in the area would be a good thing…

Exactly how is this "perfect for little ones "??? There is no front yard. The back is a sheer drop of several feet, unfenced, to a street. Is that where you would want kids to play?

I love this place. If we were even just 10yrs younger what fun we would have fixing this up. We could do 90% of everything ourselves. Great floor plan. First floor space for laundry. Sunroom for our kitties. Small bedroom for a walk-in closet and that great bonus room upstairs. She would be beautiful all fixed up with either rock railroad tie walls surrounding the outside walls of the yard. Love being close to the hospital (retired RN). Darn. mid-70's now and a bit over the top for us. Thanks for showing this home. It was a real treat!

I live in the area, everything is dead. No jobs ,corporations sell ur jobs out ,no ones crossing imagery lines and stealing them. The corporations are moving, the steel mills sold to another country and shut down. The water pollution is atrocious, we a plant that keeps radioactive materials near the water supply. Yup its in our water supply now ,they did fracking now shits hit. I wouldn't spend my money, i love my town but they killed it
