I started to yawn three in a row. Thoughts?

Hi, it's really common to yawn when we tap. It's usually a good sign, that your body is relaxing and releasing stress. How was your sleep after working with this video? 💚

Is this what we should do if we're not in a safe situation and can't get out? I have a chronic illness that affects my nervous system and tappings that include phrases about "past events" usually dont help much, bc my body is continually triggered to feel unsafe biologically.
@tapwithalice
@tapwithalice Ай бұрын
Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about your illness. Yes, I would suggest tapping with no words as in this video, and you can do it often through the day as long as you have the energy. You may also like the Touch and Breathe technique kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYLPhomqbriZjKM which is very soothing, as some people can find the tapping itself too much. Let me know if you have any questions or need more help.

Very interesting! The problem is I feel all these feelings at the same time! I feel anger, frustration, lack of enthusiasm and joy, apathy, anxiety, overthinking, loss, fear, lack of energy and motivation. This is why when somebody asks me how I am, I am unable to tell them because I feel all of these emotions! I know it´s weird but I do feel all of these right now in my life! Completely overwhelmed! I hope EFT will help me release some of these emotions!
@tapwithalice
@tapwithalice 2 ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing! Yes, of course we often experience many emotions at the same time. Sometimes one particular "colour" will dominate, and that is what I'm talking about here. Of course, we can feel grief in summer, frustration in winter, etc. As well as the seasons, these emotional "colours" relate to different energy systems in the body in TCM. EFT can be a huge help in reducing overwhelm, let me know if you need any pointers 💚

I suscribed. I let go of a lot of tension. I live in a war zone and am not in danger but am so tense with all the ghastly news and suffering on both sides. This was so helpful that i will do it daily. By the way were you tapping behind your shoulder. I didn't know that was a point.

You may find this video helpful too: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q3Oqn5KejNeUprM In this video I haven't explained the tapping points - I do that in some of my other videos. I'm not actually tapping my shoulder but resting my hand there and tapping the Under the Arm point with the other hand. I find it the most relaxed way to tap the Under the Arm points. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment, wishing you and your country peace and healing 💚

Loved the message here.. but my research in mental health has taught me that these are pretty generic, you need to really spell out what you feel before you can tell how to cope up.. empathy is the key.. if you just tell solutions, people find it hard to realte

Hi, thanks for stopping by my channel! I provide short videos here so that people can start to help themselves. I totally agree, to get deep results most people need 1:1 sessions with a qualified professional, such as the EFT sessions I offer. However, many people can benefit from simple tips like those in this video 💚

I love what you said about grief. Routines and work also help us feel more balanced and grounded in the face of the universe feeling different as a result of our loss. I think the very energy of life shifts radically, both internally and externally, when someone (or a pet) close to us dies.

Hi Nicole, thank you for sharing your thoughts here. I love how you phrase it, that the energy of life shifts when we experience loss - and that that's why we feel more grounded with routines. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment 💚

I do this as well, I have had a lot of armoring in my body since college. Actively helping my body to relieve that now. What would you suggest if you feel you are taking on the fear/other emotions of people you’re living with/or the collective. I’m sensitive/intuitive and pick up on these energies easily
@tapwithalice
@tapwithalice 3 ай бұрын
Thats a great question, and there's no quick solution! If you're sensitive to others' energies and want to protect yourself, one thing that will help is to prevent your own energy from being depleted. This might include getting enough sleep, eating foods which nourish you, cutting back on foods and substances which deplete your energy like refined sugar, caffeine, and alcohol, also look at what media you are consuming. Music, movies, the news, doomscrolling on social media, can all deplete your energy. What music and movies uplift you? Choose those. Spend time in nature to fill up your energy. I hope this helps, and do get in touch if you'd like to chat about your particular situation 💚
