So, that PC is about 13 years old, or at least the parts that matter are. Your best bet is to upgrade, if at all possible Something in the $700-$900 range will be more than enough and last you another 10+ years if you take good care of it. If you cant afford something like that, Crank the graphics settings down on your games, There are some simple but hard to explain things you can do to give priority to the games. I can probably throw together a short explaining it If I need to.

OK, so for specs you're gonna need to show us the Performance Tab. Select CPU show us the whole page slowly, GPU the same, and Memory the same.

something small you could try is to turn off all your startup apps. but i would need to know the specs of the pc to tell you if it’s behaving as normal or not

I had that problem I had too pull the trey all the way out by hand you gonna hear it pop when it comes out and then you line it back up in the slots and press the eject button problem solved

yeah, you probably got something stuck or broke something and got it wedged so that it doesn't close fully. Btw a band wouldn't do this.

this is probably just a classic case of a dust build-up in the back where the tray sits. opening it up and cleaning the actual drive out would definitely help.@@nathancoleman7940
