"Thats the editor of the New York Times" was pretty funny.

Colbert used to be cool. Now Jon Stewart is still holding the torch while Colbert fell off.
@hbdragon8811 күн бұрын
Well Stewart quit TDS in 2015 just before the insanity of 2016 election. Would have loved him skewer politics then. He had that Apple+ show but it wasn't easy to watch. He's on one day a week now which is good I guess but he also totally dropped the torch for a while.

This is Colbert at his absolute, satirical best. Phenomenally fun to watch!
@prezidenttrump51712 ай бұрын
Colbert was out of his depth and extremely nervous, couldn't stop moving and shaking in his chair the whole time, over emoting and adjusting his glasses constantly. This was hilarious to watch for two reasons. Seeing how the top comments are children who don't understand the nuance of life, and seeing how wrong they and all the upvoters were.

I’ll never forget seeing Colbert roast Chevy Chase, he had a run on statement, talking about how he can’t believe the things being said “backstage”. He went on and on and built and punchline one after the other, of intelligent and original puns and slams. The camera showed Richard Belzer turn to the person next to him and mouth “WOW!”. It was a well deserved reaction, he used to be awesome! Can’t stand his show now
