Retail Pring Estimate is in the realm of $250k - $260k depending on options, location etc. As for the upstairs option it would be a hinged roof system and would be a big unfinished attic once set up. Then someone would have to come in and sight build the upstairs to your specifications. Hope this helps. 😊

Interesting. so, you like the layout where you don't see the kitchen first thing. Like the kitchen is around the corner almost kind of set up? Nationwide does have a few of those layouts available I'll try to do one of those soon 😊👍

Great question! That comes off once set. My best guess is that they do that as extra security for when it goes down the road to hold down the vinyl, so wind don't catch it and pull it off during transport. I do know they take it off once it gets to where it's going thought. 😊

Not for everyone I understand. Holms has three to four tiers that they offer for pricing. If you check out their site, the essential series is their least expensive and they go up from there. 😊

I have done this upstairs a few different ways. telling you this space is extremely large is an understatement. You can do 3 bedrooms a bathroom and still have enough space for a big bonus room. Its Massive 😁

This is one of the nicest single wides I've ever seen! Love the floorplan, especially the foyer. I would opt to eliminate the door to the laundry room from the main bath to leave room for a frezzer. I would also want an opening window in the master bath. Thanks for the tour, this one is a keeper ❤

Only matters if you want to finance the home. It depends on the state. some states allow ITIN number for financing some won’t. SC will but NC won’t so you have to live in SC to finance through a lender! If paying cash then it don’t matter! 😊
