Unrecognizable as Star Trek. It feels like they want to sell sci-fi action series but they’re concerned that not enough people will care, so let’s slap the Star Trek brand on it. I love Michelle Yeoh as an actress but Discovery was anti-Star Trek and this looks like more of the same. It’s hard to believe that Alex Kurtzman is still in charge of the Paramount+ shows.
