The good trails combined with great scenery made for a great three days of riding!

Colorado is definitely one of my favorite places to ride. I also really enjoy South Dakota as well.

It is a very cool place to ride! It was cool to go back to the place I grew up riding.

Yeah, I saw your video form coral pink. It looked really cool. If you come to ride dunes in Colorado, make sure to bring dirt tires for trails. There are two major trails systems within 30 minutes of Walden.

We have been wanting to hit St. Anthony for years! I think this place might be a small disappointment compared to St. Anthony but the scenery is cool.

@@mattsatv haha I’ll get the exact dates we’re goin n let ya know! Just thinkin bout stopping at north hills co, killpecker wy, st Anthony about 3 days n dropping down to little Sahara Utah for a day . Tryin to check some off the list !

@@mattsatv last time we were there, 3 out of four of us had a sidewall puncture on our rear tires.

@@mattsatv it was actually a drainage tube in one of the creeks that got us. I don't even know if it's still there.

It is a very fun trail system! The DG exhaust is significantly more quiet than my Raptor, but I am Ok with that because it’s a trail machine. I believe it is rated at 98db.

I was very impressed with the quality of trails. Maybe sometime you and some others could make a trip over to Missouri. There is this place and St. Joe state park. I have never been to St. Joe but I hear it is amazing.

The previous owner bought the engine blown up with the intention to rebuild it himself. He then lost interest and took it to the shop to have it built so we are not sure exactly why it was blown up. I’m guessing it had to do with low oil but I’m not sure.

I've read the top end on the 700xx have a known issue. Surprisingly, they're not the most reliable quads Honda has come out with.

That would make sense. When I was looking to buy one there where many 700xx with new top ends. I also talked to the shop that built the engine. The guys there said there was a problem with the piston.

Possibly better but definitely not faster😂

They are very different from the Raptor. The only similarity is the power delivery. Other than that the gearing, ride, and seating position is all different.

I do plan on taking both to sand wars! My dad will probably be riding the 700xx instead of his Rincon most of the time.

I would love to try a new sportsman or scrambler 1000. I spent months searching for my Honda before I found one I liked for the right price. They aren’t easy to come by in good condition.

Thanks! I think there might be a few, but not many. If you want hill climbs, I have heard that Finger Lakes in Columbia, MO is the place to ride.

I definitely wouldn’t say they look as good as Raptors but I want the IRS for rougher trails. We will be headed to the dunes for Sand Wars in October. The other KZbin creators should be there as well!

I use the Purple Panda mic. My setup is pretty much identical to Pete Hager’s. He has a video on his channel that shows it. You might want to check that out.
