I have always flown in the upper deck, which is quieter, but the overhead storage is slightly smaller up there and is difficult to fit a carry-on if you over-pack it ;-)

The cabin might be lovely but the airline is one of the worst Constantly downgrading travellers and with rude entitled staff who show no customer service

Did you find the lifeboats annoying or hindering at all when on the balcony? Staying in the opposite cabin on the "A" side next month

My son recently flew from Manchester to Singapore with emirates on business class and my son lives within 70 miles of Manchester airport so emirates pick him up in a limo dropped him of at his hotel in dubai then picked him up 2 days later to take him back to dubai airport to catch his flight to Singapore. No other airline does this And we wonder why BA losing money

I just flew this jfk to lgr route today. Guys those 1st class suites are so nice. So much room, the tv has to be at least 26 inches. I couldn't make the breakfast, as it was too much individually served food.

really good video there is not much privacy for being a business class seat which in my opinion kind of take off some point for Lufthansa because business class should get privacy. although the food selection is good also do you pay this by yourself or is this company payed for and you review the seats

Appreciate the absence of opinions from the reviewer. We need to understand the traveller to understand how he evaluates things. Here we see him bringing a big bottle of water to first class and i immediately think of tripadvisor reviewers who give bad reviews because they didnt get 2 glasses of water before takeoff. Looks like a great firstclass to me, one of the better, the menu is also fine, not focused on hyped but poor choices, the absence of salmon is always a good sign. BA and LH arent famous for fancy meals but i always found their food to be appealing and good. Minus for not having a fish option in the mains, the North Atlantic has some of the best fish in the world, like cod and halibut, but they rather serve indian recipes, ok...

Why so much time spent on showing the entertainment system? It really got boring for me to be fair.

Some airlines may have better first, but the cabin crew are shocking on the Middle East airlines, no personality. I will always stick BA over other airlines .Qatar once never again and Emirates forget it gone down hill big style.

Looks nice - the lounge as i recall had just a array of canapés and tea sandwiches. Moët rose , 2 others , red & white - plus full bar. But within 45 mins u were eating the best food by the Roux brothers So it didn’t matter and La Grand Dame With a chateau Latour and a excellent white , endless poring from a flight attendant with a whicker basket - endless parading up and down the aisle. I drank a full bottle of La Grand Dame myself.

It looks lovely but more business class than first. I spotted Lindt truffles on the menu which sounds like regular chocs from any supermarket.
