About the water shoes inpools, they are hard on the pool liners and wears them out faster, that is why cruises and most hotels disallow them. I have absolutely no issue with tattoos. Piercings, other than traditional ear piercings, kind of bother me because I see a lot of area for bacteria with those large gauge plugs and large septum bars. It isn't a deal breaker though. About the hot tubs, is it possible to ask the ship for a small amount of chlorine for the suite hot-tub if you decide to use it one evening? If so, and if you can get the temperature up high enough it should take care of the Legionnaires bacteria.

That ship seems too big for me. I'd have to cruise 2-3 times, just to see it all. How needs to get off at ports, there's plenty to do on the ship. I do like all the options. It truly is a floating city.

Since the casinos are in the center of the ships you almost have to walk through them to get to your destinations. I am so glad that they are stopping the smoking. The ATMs do not effect me much.

The Vista, Panorama, Jubilee, Celebration and Mardi Gras all have separate non smoking casino areas. Smoking is still allowed in the main casino. You can check the deck plans for this information on their website. From what I understand from the published article, they are not going completely smoke free on the other ships but rather designating areas for non-smokers.

I have bowled for decades and when the powers that be decided to eliminate smoking in bowling alleys, bowling suffered greatly, losing entire nights of league bowling. It will cost Carnival revenue, but I'm sure, because people love their cigars/cigarettes. As far as the ATMs, I don't like to carry lots of cash, so the ATM is a convenience that Carnival should keep.

I don’t believe they are going smoke free but they are adding an additional smoke free casino that is separate from the main casino. As of May 2024, ten Carnival Cruise Line ships have non-smoking casino areas, including: Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Celebration, and Carnival Mardi Gras: The newest ships in the fleet Carnival Firenze, Carnival Venezia, Carnival Vista, Carnival Dream, Carnival Magic, and Carnival Breeze: Six other ships with non-smoking casino areas Carnival Splendor: The main casino on this ship that sails from Australia is non-smoking Carnival has been adding secondary smoke-free casinos on some of its ships to create a true smoke-free area. Smoking is permitted in designated areas on Carnival Cruise Line ships, including: Babylon Casino: Smoking is only allowed while seated and playing Decks 3 and 10: Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the starboard side Outdoor smoking area: Cigar and tobacco pipes are only permitted at the outdoor smoking area on Deck 10 Smoking is not permitted in restaurants, bistros/cafés, lounges, theaters, cabins, or on cabin balconies.

What an elegant hotel!✨️ When strolling Fallsview Boulevard in warm weather, it's always exciting to hear and see, from the outside, a band's music spilling out into the street. Loved hearing "ice cream" and "pizza" as favorite things--yes!!! When you were in the gift shop, it's a good thing your backpack didn't take out shelves of souvenirs.🤭 I mention this because I always sightsee with a medium-sized backpack. All of the restaurants sound great! I'd like to stay at the Hilton for a night (all that I'd be able to afford ... after saving money over six months or more). Your entire video is a joy! It's cool how we are learning about the Fallsview-area Hilton Hotel as you are. I love Niagara Falls, too, and that approximately 25% discount that my U.S. credit card gets me in Canada is a giant plus.😀 Outside the U.S., I only use a credit card that doesn't charge an international fee.

I stopped shopping them...Even drive farther to a Menards or use the local Mom and Pop..A little more cost, but the quality is often better, and service definitely is.

Luckily for us there hasn’t been a large kid presence on our two cruises. We went in early February and early March so I believe parents didn’t want to take them out of school. Great video and tips! Thanks for sharing!

Charlie's back!!! We enjoyed our September cruise. Most kids were back in school. I believe we only had 33 kids total. And I may have liked that most went to bed early. Made for a spacious ship. No wait for drinks. 😂 John's 3am skinny dip in the hot tub doesn't have kids around. 😅

You guys are so sweet. We would love to sail with you guys again. Hopefully Icon’s prices come down when it comes to Galveston. We would love to sail Icon.
