I lived in West Hobart in the 1970s. We lived in a convict built cottage, built in 1829. It was one of 4 in a terrace. The house two away from us was haunted, the front room in particular . Not that anyone ''saw'' anything, but it really affected the mood of anyone staying there. I was doing some artwork in that room, when I WAS TOTALLY OVERCOME BY DREAD. I felt a presence that wanted me to leave straight away. I felt cold and frightened annoyed to have to pack up and have to leave. I got the feeling that it was a male, who was very territorial about ''his'' space. There was no doubt that it wanted me to understand that I was expected to leave immediately .

Also in the 1970s,young people used to try anything that they thought would give a hallucinating effect . All sorts of doubtful mushrooms, and DATURA tea was popular. What happened though was that doses were difficult to measure. Mild doses apparently gave a sort of LSD experience. A large dose was killing people. We had radio warnings (We had no TV) from police, describing the tree and its' pretty flowers. The reaction in Hobart seemed to be; ''I know where there is one of those bushes, let's try some...."

The interviewer should have educated himself before having Travis on.

all i can say is YES YES YES if you have not herd this book your missing out book 1 is just a teaser the humor action and development of the main players is simply put Amassing. i have as of this posting listened to the 9 books a total of 6 (yes 6) times there that good. Travis is a gifted author giving you everything you need to enjoy the story and with 9 books out at this time with a 10th coming out very soon ( not as fast as i wish ) but its not taking him 10+ years to keep the story going (Patrick) and the only problem i have with the books so far is they keep ending and the next one is not out yet lol. So would i want you to get the book Gods Yes! and as you can guess i thank you will love it. To the author Travis pleas pleas keep it gong you are gifted and i and most everyone that has gotten the books Love them and want 100 Thank you for all you do and all you have left for us
