CLINICAL BRIEF: HO SUDDEN UNCONSCIOUS 3 DAYS BACK FIRST EPISODE NO INJURY NO B.P FOLLOW UP CASE OLD SCAN CT OBSERVATION: A lobulated rim enhancing mass seen arising in body of corpus callosum measuring 25mmx 32mm. The lesion rides the corpus callosum extending to both sides parietal lobes across the interhemispheric fissure The lesion is hypointense on T1. heterogeneously hyperintense on T2 and is indenting the left lateral ventricle Findings are s/o Corpus callosum cystic lesion with perpheral enhancement -advised histopathology Both the cerebral hemispheres show normal intensities of grey and white matter. The thalami, basal ganglia and internal capsules are normal on both sides. The cerebral sulci are normal. The extra cerebral spaces are clear. The b/l cerebellar hemispheres, medulla, pons and midbrain show normal signals in both the sequences. The lateral, 3rd and 4th ventricles are of normal in size, shape and position. No midline shift is noted. Both the C.P angles are clear. The basal cisterns are normal. The orbits and the visualized sinuses appear normal. The pituitary gland and optic chiasm are normal.
