SYNC is the worst system to use. And virtually impossible to upgrade and change the radio. You literally have to replace the entire console not just the radio.

This didn't work for me completely. I had to go to Media> Stream> then hit the triangle dash buttons next to my lock/unlock to pick which "line in" I wanted. My Focus is old though, 2014. It may not auto to Bluetooth. I just spent 2 hours trying to do this. I hope it helps someone else :)
