May nasakyan ako na barko sir Navtor ang provider wala ng CD, every thursday dumadating ang updates, download ko lang. Pag nag request din ako ng permit ganon din download ko lang din sa USB tapos install ko na.

No need to send request for updates, because the provider will send the updates every thursday for ENC, ADP and ENP, all we need to do is to download the UPDATES then install it.

Yes sir you can still install a new permit without deleting the expired (old) permits. But if you want to free some memory in ECDIS hard drive, for the ECDIS to have a better performance it is better to delete the expired permits.

You may send ENC Permits requisition to your provider based on your filtered route. Once you received the permits that you have requested, then install the new permits.

Sa navtorbox muna sir para ma i download ang updates, after nun install muna yung updates sa ECDIS, at sa desktop para naman sa ENP at ADP.

Sir, ibig sabihin po nyan ay over scaling, pag nag over scale may mga features sa ENC cell na hindi mag appear, so kailangan mo i adjust sa tamang scale (zoom in/zoom out) para mag appear yung ibang mga features sa cell na yun.
