Hi Ben, love your video and music. Thinking in buying one 27'. Love to hear your opinion about yours and what with 10-15knots wind what is her average speed beam reached? You consider an ocean sailing boat passager? Thanks in advance

I know you guys no longer sail these boats;but I am curious. Did you ever cross an ocean in one? Considering purchasing one in Hawaii. Average day of 20 knot winds and 5 foot seas. Any comments or advice on her capabilities/characteristics on these type of average seas?

Ben, I like your yellow mast. I'm thinking of doing some work on my mast and making it yellow.

it's nice to see a craft that is actually seaworthy in a trailing sea. The Vikings worked that out 2000 years ago. I do believe humans are getting dumber. However this design raises my hope of better

What sort of irresponsible idiot drops a hook amongst mooring buoys? Stick to baking cookies. And its hardly sailing south is it, Back to both your daddies I guess for both of you to scrounge more funds to prolong this pretence of living aboard. Do you even have a passport?

wow david I owe you an apology, I just watched your vidios and you are a real sailor. Oh wait you don't have any vidios of your wonderous adventures. I admit I don't have any vidios and wouldn't know how to post them if I did. You need to just watch and enjoy but do not watch and make rude comments.

Ben, how did you secure the rudder on the Nor'Sea when you were hove to? Looks like the tri-sail works really good for your boat. Do you carry a sea anchor? Like the video...with respect Dan..

Gedday Ben, I fitted an airbreeze on my yacht. At 10 knots of breeze I only get about 3 amps. In light breezes where it isn't charging, it is noisy but in 10 - 15 knots it is quiet. Who would figure? Unfortunately at anchorage we usually look to get out of the breeze so I have found that it wasn't worth the expense as my solar panel does most of the work during the day. Mine is a 12volt/200 amps

Not permanently attached to the boom and mast. I used one that I tacked, that went from boom to bulwark. Worked as a pseudo-preventer as well. Thanks for watching + commenting!

Yes! Practice in light winds. It's all completely doable. Read Joshua Slocum and other singlehanders like Moittesier etc... And then buy Jean Du Sud by Yves Gelinas... french canadian, sailed solo circumnav. Made a great film about it... great.
