Reading Cheryl’s autobiography made me lose any sliver of respect I had for Nicole Scherzinger. It was eventually revealed that when Simon announced Cheryl for the judging panel, Nicole was less than thrilled. She felt she deserved the seat more and actively started going after Cheryl’s seat, buttering up Simon and saying stuff like no one could understand Cheryl’s accent, no one knew who she was, Girls Aloud were nothing compared to Pussycat Dolls…it would be better if Simon accepted the inevitable and replace Cheryl with her instead, real nasty and bitchy stuff like that. I was glad to read Cheryl sussed out Nicole straight away. Fake, overbearing, overly friendly and ultimately a two faced, manipulative, back stabbing and arrogant dolt. Cheryl was more talented, elegant, kinder and way more genuine than Nicole could ever hope to be.

Honestly each girl was amazing in their own way. This is why groups like Spice Girls, Girls Aloud, and Sugababes work so well together. Each has a completely different style and strength which they usually stick to, and above all, they know how to harmonize and support each other. Also side note... Sarah's ear piece was clearly not working properly, so I'm so impressed she pulled the solo parts together. You could tell she was out of sync with the chorus in the beginning, someone messed up lol

Fast forward 11 years I've just seen Cheryl in her west end acting debut in Ghost 2:22. Cheryl's on the up again and judging by the audience still has a strong fan base. Next ambition to work towards.. a BAFTA perhaps. Why not?
