TYVM! What I really need though, is a Dark Zone build, because I need exclusive items from there and get murdered & robbed every time, unless I get lucky. So far, I've only extracted 3 or 4 items successfully just because the griefers weren't paying attention to me, but I want to have fun like they do. Can you help in that department?

in recalibration station why i only have 3 choice (expertise, recalibration station, and recalibration library) why i don't have optimization?

Max your library early on, that way when making a new character, the library rolls over to any character.

My main character has their library maxed. My new character gets the bennys from the roll over library, prior to level 40 can recalibrate higher weapon stats early in I’m finding out. I’m buff at lvl 34
