bet this is the usa it happened in the uk we don't leave or dogs outside to live and dogs being abandoned im sure it happens but really rare I was watching an american animal rescue tv show and was shocked at how badly dog get treated in the use glas this pup was lucky enough to find one of the good doggy humans and got a better life wel done to you
