Difficult question! The part of the road shown in the video was good, but the part that leads to Riverston from Matale was not. I went on a Jeep, thinking a car would not be able to go on this road, but on the top, I saw cars like Prius’, which have very little ground clearance! So, it’s a difficult question to answer :(

That’s $4 billion at least. It’s an economic corridor that would be most beneficial when the conditions are ready for it. Right now is not the time. There also a lot of social issues that would occur because of it, Lankans aren’t particularly fond of Indians due to a variety of issues, and the influx of Indians coming in from a corridor would create problems. Also nice username. According to an old Rockwell International Corporation business map, 2036 or so is when the US will send a space probe there. Tau Ceti will be staged as the ‘First Contact’ event.
