Great Video. I am 39 and was never afraid or nervous on an airplane. Last week though I had another trip and got so stressed and anxious out of a sudden with clouded thoughts and "end of days" feelings. Is it possible that one develops some sort of aerophobia later on in life?

This is such an important topic, thank you for the wonderful video! Every day I grieve the loss of who and how my dad was before his illness. He’s in late stage dementia this past year, entirely incapable of doing anything independently, unable to speak, immobile, and his ongoing emotional state ranges from severe agitation to crying and it’s so painful and difficult to see all this… Especially since he was always such a calm, kind, caring, highly intelligent man. It’s heartbreaking to witness this level of suffering of your dearest loved one and to see everything they once were be gone and every single basic human experience be unattainable for them. Thankfully not all health conditions are this severe and debilitating, but still a serious illness can take over our lives. Whether it is your own sickness you are battling or a loved one’s, try to find a way to bring balance into your life by infusing it with something pleasant and enjoyable regularly that takes you away from all the thinking and talking about the illness for even a short period of time. Also, if your condition does have the possibility of healing or treatment, don’t give up hope, keep praying and keep searching for solutions. I know it can be so draining, and therefore, tempting to give up but keep going and do what you can to improve or overcome!🙏🏼

In my case, I have fatigue much more than pain in my entire body. Constant unexplainable fatigue which is worse especially after waking up from sleep. Plus loss of concentration ability.

Sometimes I act as a character in an argument, but those acts often have a lasting effect on me. In this case, it usually causes me to be a bit down or irritable for the next while until I get distracted. Same goes for sad or cheerful acting, which often leave me feeling down or happy. Is it normal for me to be so strongly affected by what is only an act?

I completed my 24-year service in the US Army last year. I have since transitioned to a project management role in the IT sector, and I'm finding success in my new career. I'm happily married with two young daughters, aged 6 and 8. Despite these positive aspects of my life, I've been feeling quite lonely and isolated. I've realized that it's challenging for me to make friends outside of the structured community environment of the US Army where our focus was on completing tasks together. Any advice?

I had a similar situation when I left the fire department years ago. We were trained to do *everything* as a team; when I left and started working in an office setting where self-initiation was encouraged, I felt very lost and disconnected. I actually befriended my female colleagues much quicker than the males because I had this preconception of being seen as weak or weird if I reached out to another guy. Fast forward to now: I’m married, thriving in my career, and have a small handful of male friends that I consider my absolute best friends. It took a long time to develop such relationships, but I’m fortunate and grateful. And all of this happened because I took the initiative to make time for friendships; I stepped out of my comfort zones to get to know people outside my normal circles. And by all means, let me know if you want to chat - men need to reach out to each other too 👍

My grandpa is dying soon. He is not actively dying in a hospital bed, but he is living peacefully with my grandma at their house, but he is really looking like he could drop at any moment. Death is really knocking on his door and tomorrow we'll see him for probably the last time. This shit really sucks.

Thankyou for this lovely information, I am one of the lucky men who have close male friends in the church, we get together once a week to share bible study and singing hymns having supper afterwards, we always hug and cuddle when we greet each other because we can see and experience the importance of pure love . I would love to see more men have this important need met.

so many men are gay or they hate women, most of them want to be alone, or maybe they feel like I do, I am female and out of 100 percent of people I have met in my life 75 percent just want to hurt and use me, so being alone is your protection,

Should [a person] refuse to listen and empathize and accept, with loving forgiveness, the "truth" of another person, the rejection creates an emotional "magnetic rejection" energy which joins and reinforces other residues of rejection energy force within the consciousness electromagnetic fields of your entire system. "Rejection magnetism" depletes the "bonding magnetism" between cells and ill health sets in. This fact of existence is the ground of all psychosomatic medicine. People who constantly blame and judge others and keep a wholly closed mind in regard to their own part in conflict, eventually experience some kind of radical breakdown in their physical or emotional make-up. If they can monitor and work on this tendency to exercise control, judge others and exonerate themselves from blame, and can eventually give UNCONDITIONAL LOVE full mastery in their personality, the breakdown of whatever kind it is, will ultimately disappear completely.

Thank you for this video! II agree with you. Many of us forget about our resolutions already in March. To remember my resolutions, I write them down in a notebook using the SMART method. (specific, measurable, attractive/achievable, realistic, time-bound). According to this method, I plan to learn English at the end of December and I want to speak it fluently. Be able to talk about my professional experiences fluently and without stress. Wish me luck :)
