I was excited to see a ticketsystem in Fibery as I just wondered few days ago if it would work. Just the possible email integration is not 100% clear to me. As usually tickets may be generated by clients sending to a support@ address and often further conversation is just via email from clients and support. Typically by tracking the subject with a ticket ID. Any hints how to realize that?

Hi! Thanks for the feedback that's amazing to know that template is a hit :D As for your request, yes, that is certainly possible. So the flow will be like this: 1. Set up email integration for support@address. 🦄So far, integration supports only one address at the same time. But we have a feature "in progress" for multiple accounts integration 2. New Email appears in Fibery. Email will have a 1:1 relation with the Ticket database. New emails will trigger new ticket creations. Note: Fibery supports threads. All future emails, from either customers or support, will be linked to the original first message. Thus, the first message won't have Parent Message aka Thread. Knowing that, we can trigger our automation with greater precision. It will create a ticket for only the first message in the thread. And we will avoid having too many tickets. 3. Turn on AI for help. On the Ticket level it will be nice (but not obligatory) to see the summary of all conversations linked. It is especially helpful for devs who will be working on the ticket. So, AI may generate a summary with new details once there is a new email in the thread synced. New Email appears - AI rule is triggered - and updates Ticket's description with more details. AI can also, based on the email's tone and details, change the ticket's priority and type. Your agent can also do this manually. 🦄We have some features for the Email integration improvement. Once we finish the scope, I hope we will create some nice educational content for cases like yours. Because they can really save so much time! Please chat with us if something is unclear. This seems like a good introduction to the idea, but it doesn't (for me) explain exactly how this works and benefits the user in practice. It introduces the concept but fails to explain it as thoroughly as I think would be ideal for a person new to the concept. At the same time it doesn't use the the more DB admin-familiar terms as Colourist5510 notes, and thus doesn't immediately click for that audience either (until they see what you mean and are like "Oh, junction table, why didn't they just say that?". I love these short, useful little videos but I think this one needs a bit more to be as useful as it *could* be for both audiences.

You can delete the current one, or simply rename it :) Once you rename existing one, you will be able to install it again from the gallery🤗
