Did hatred get buffed?? when I did this fight, it had 100 HP and the lightning attack did 19 DMG This boss is definitely a dodge skill check though, jesus... I see why they removed the debuff from training wheels

They should add a cutscene player in Block Tales, just to see what would happen if you pick another choice, or just want to see the cutscenes again because you liked it.

Something i found out in this fight as a support build is that, if you have damage below -3 (i use 3 cures and 1 resurrect), you deal negative damage to yourself and party members when you're confused, healing them instead

So this guy could just have ended it after fighting the guy with the mask thingy. Still, they decided to make us fight our negative things, making it a kind of horror game and then making it so hard it makes me worried that the people younger and newer than me would never beat it like I remember the original final boss was supposed to be some random guy. Still, this guy just said to himself "Oh! it needs to be longer" Like damn the swing IS FAST from a chilling, easy, wholesome game to a kind of horror, difficult, and just different. Still wonder how did he made that in 3 months Edit: I just realized I had hard mode the entire time 💀

The lighting attack that HATERED does, you have to look at him to tell when it'll strike. And for the orb attack, just dodge before it hits you. But if you're still struggling, I can help, but I'll need your username, and btw i get off at 3:10 cuz of school.

HATRED is close to the same colour (or exact) to the same colour when Griefer says "the voices." HATRED is trying to "taint" the player, and it did for Cruel King and Griefer. Is HATRED the voices?

not exactly since the color of our hatred is similar to the “voices” so probably the voices maybe the same as our hatred but differently (like personality) so i don’t think that’s the voices even tho they looked similar

Abuse Ghost Potion. I learned the pattern, and used the items needed in each pattern or turn. Hatred has 6 turns in each repetition or rounds. 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 1st turn is probably safe to do an action, only at the first round where Hatred doesn't make a turn. (Power Stab or Linebounce) Use your ghost potion at 1st (2nd rounds and so forth), 2nd, 3rd, and 6th turns each repetition it gets. This would save your HP and use of items due to its perks. At the fourth and fifth, (where Hatred is preparing to burst out it's wrath) only the phobias attack so it's okay to do the action. Probably use focus to gain sword energy, or items that regain health, but definitely use focus. Venomshank has an impact, so use it when 1 energy slot is ready. And use Ice Dagger to regain SP. (Ghost potion cost SP) The sixth turn is clearly constant, use ghost potion in order to avoid mortal damaged by the wrathful attack. And do this repeatedly, always count. The program is repeating itself with only 6 turns. But I won't really suggest it to you, this would take long, but very efficient. Especially when you're doing hm. If only you have enough SP, like above 15 is enough. I'm certain that this would patch soon but yeah.

i dont think theres any real way to effectively win, you just gotta git gud unfortunately, or just wait for a nerf, also dont immediately use ghost potion when he does his charge, you should have an extra turn to deal damage, or heal

Yes, i speak from experience. He has an attack that, if not parried, prevents you from doing ANYTHING, defending included

@@GlaciaIVortexthe enemy is extremely difficult, you must land a few perfect parries to even have a chance to win. guaranteed, and also you have a largely increased chance of hurting yourself with Confusion. But not fully. and it took me almost a hour to beat him. WITHOUT HARDMODE. was fun nonetheless
