I'd say you need to get Early Times BiB in there, but in the last 3-4 months it completely disappeared from shelves in my area. One liquor store manager I was talking to thinks Sazerac made it into an allocated product, which is crazy. But ~$25 for a full liter of good bourbon is a steal every day. Found 3 bottles of it at one local small shop that I only visited once before, mostly because the selection and prices was nothing special. I bought 2 of the bottles and left the last one for someone else.

I do have it but to be honest I’m no that big of a fan Early times, it’s reminds me of cough medicine, I think my bottle was just a dud but I’ll have to try it again in the future

Jim Beam single barrel makes my list along with all those on yours. Some places its 40$ some places its 25$ . Big price difference in stores around me.

I have not had it, but looking for it. Open question to all... How does the Still Austin Red Corn (or regular Still Austin Bourbon) compare to Redwood Empire Pipe Dream? Sounds like there are similar flavor notes.

They have some similar tasting notes but both have a unique nasty so you can definitely tell them apart, I love both but I do prefer the still Austin cask strength & redwood empire grizzly beast

Never tried the red corn my self but i really enjoy still austin bourbon & the pipe dream from redwood is also every good i keep both in the house but still austin has a deeper taste for only being 2 year age
