For people thinking the last dude didnt get any. You dont need a good coating to get affected, even mist can ruin your day when getting sprayed. There is a very small percentage of people that OC spray has little to no effect on. Genetics.

Some people are naturally unaffected by OC spray. I was an instructor, only ever saw it maybe four times in a span of 2 years instructing. We would think the can was inert and spray again to no effect, Lucky fucks
