This is not even Alan Watts, bruh, the use of urban phonetics and interspersed terminology is a dead giveaway!!! So that leads me to wonder why, why would someone or someones splice together a snipit of a real lecture of his with the rest being ai generated unless they were 1) trying to discredit or otherwise lessen the man's credibility, or 2) their own agenda is being served in some form or fashion.

Only way I was able to trully be in a moment, and not to think is trough the psychedelics. I have never been able to achive it through any kind of meditations. Various breathing techniques, guided meditation, binaural beats, mantras... I've tried it all so meny times for quite some time, but it seams not possible. Maybe it is because of my ADHD. It seams like cheating, but I am glad I have those experiences of oneness, otherwise it would stay very far away concept.
