I like also Naoko’s channel but I prefer yours because you speak clearly and slowly, and at the end I am learning a lot. Thank you for the work you are doing to help us!

Japanese speaking with Japanese subtitles is perfect for me, to help me study. I don't know anything about youtube, but these are the types of videos I look for :)

I've been watching and learning Japanese from KZbin for several years. There is a lot of competition now. Sometimes, just one popular video is enough to break through. Maybe I shouldn't write about other channels, but I remember how the channel Daily Japanese with Naoko increased its popularity with one video. This is the video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lX7MYoppmLitpqssi=Rs_9QcGGjTywfr8x. Is it because the title was mysterious and suggested something personal? I don't know. I think the most reliable channel is あかね的日本語教室. Thumbnails with a natural background seem to work better. A popular tag is also "Comprehensible Input". I think it's also worth doing a collaboration with another KZbinr. I like videos in Japanese about personal experiences.
For me the best podcast ... giving the time to assimilate

sorry, i don't get how the right-hand traffic in America is different from Japan if you use 'migi' for both. i'm a bit confused
Arrived in Tokyo for university, went to 7-11, the cashier spoke Japanese... I froze. I forgot all of my Japanese! Mei, your channel is gonna be huge, keep going, ganbatte kudasai ne~

Yes, that happens to everyone who goes to Japan the first time! It takes some time until you get used to their speed and pattens of speaking. But eventually you will be able to understand them and speak Japanese. がんばってね!

Thank you for your very clear presentation!✨ I wonder about 〇〇をご利用ですか. I've never heard the same grammar used for anything else. I don't think, for example, I can say 景色ですか to ask someone if they want to look at the view. Is ご利用ですか a set phrase without grammatical parallel? Or is 景色ですか a very polite way to ask I just haven't encountered?
@Meis_Nihongo_Classroom26 күн бұрын
That's a good question! Actually ご利用ですか is grammatically wrong😅 There are so many incorrect phrases that are used especially in stores, I guess as a result of them trying to be polite and efficient at the same time(?). The grammatically correct way to say is for example ご利用になりますか. But I hear ご利用ですか all the time so this is something that you should know what they mean but not imitate it. For 景色, You have to say 景色をごらんになりますか.

@@Meis_Nihongo_Classroom そうですね、ありがとうございます!😄 I think it's funny that it's grammatically wrong... English speakers break grammatical rules often in casual speech, but are usually afraid to do that in formal speech. I just started your Udemy course, and really appreciate your consciously slower and relaxed presentation style. お疲れ様です!

I cannot express how much i really love this kind of videos you make please keep making it and I'm wishing you the best sensei! Arigatouuuu
Thank you mind if I ask some questions.「親戚」と「親類」違いは何ですか? Another thing im curous about, 泊まる is used for staying at a place overnight right. So how would you say "please stay (here)" You could say 「行かないでください」sure but that's different.
@Meis_Nihongo_ClassroomАй бұрын
もちろんです! 親戚 and 親類 mean pretty much the same thing but 親戚 is way more commonly used. I cannot think of any situation that 親類 is used over 親戚, probably for something like legal documents, for example? Yes, for that "stay", there is とどまる, のこる and いる. If I want to say "please stay here" in Japanese, I think I am going to say ここにいてください.
Very good video! Love the background music, makes a lovely atmosphere to learn in. Sorry for bad english, I have no idea how to write this in English😅

I definitely feel that they are going in that direction slowly, but surely. As far as I checked, big facilities are more likely to accept guests with tattoos than smaller ones. いつもコメントありがとう!

I usually do some grammar and vocab lessons in the later part of the podcast but, I have been pretty sick recently and it is especially effecting my throat. Since my voice is gone, I couldn’t film that part. Sorry about that! I might upload the grammar and vocab part as part 2 of this lesson if requested.
