Anyone know what the two dark sauces that they use as shown in the video for the rice? I’ve been trying to figure it out for a long time. I know they start with oil, then egg, then rice and ingredients, but the two dark sauces I can never figure out, the first one he ladles followed by the bottle. I can only guess it’s a combination of maybe soy and oyster sauce but Anyone out there have any idea?
