What I can do if I have histamine sensitivity because of leacky gut 😢what can I do. ?
@activelifestylemedicalva9080Ай бұрын
A person who has histamine intolerance is because they have multiple food sensitivities. Not unusual with leaky gut ass many type foods enter the blood stream and cause an immune response. A valuable tool would be to do a food sensitivity test and remove those foods for 3-6 months then reintroduce once you have healed the gut. You may have a reduced production of Diamine Oxidase from the small intestine which you can get supplements for. This is not addressing the cause but can assist you until resolving the issue with the gut

These are often less toxic than synthetic pesticides used in conventional farming. That said if you can minimize your exposure the better.

If you would like you can set up a time to do a Strategy call to give you ideas of what would have to be looked at to address the issue. I do these as a courtesy to help people.

What do you think about silicic acid?
@activelifestylemedicalva9080 Жыл бұрын
There is limiting evidence supporting that Silica could help with a leaky gut. That said Silica is helpful as a component for connective tissue support but a increased Intestinal permeability is more than a connective tissue problem. It has to do with the tight junctions the cells themselves and the components of the mircrobiome.

Taking bone broth alone is not a solution. Like I mention in my brief video, if you have problems with endotoxins from bacteria in your gut getting into your blood then taking bone broth helps reduce that.

Since fermented anything is a big part of the healing process, what should I do to restore my DAO enzyme capacity so that I can enjoy their properties again? Would be grateful for some tipes 😘🙏

There are multiple causes for leaky gut. Alcohol is a definite contributing factor. From my experience, I see from the tests that I perform, Gluten tends to have a major impact. It can not be digested by the human body. Red wine itself is not a cure.

Sounds like you are doing a good job. With regard to the probiotics I believe it would be better to use fermented veggies, Kefir or the like to create diversity. Plus many probiotics are not produced in a way to survive the acid environment of the stomach.
@zephyrhills8070 Жыл бұрын
I'm wanting to drink Kefir so badly, but I have SIBO & IMO and read that whatever probiotics are in Kefir, would make things worse. Same goes for Kombucha, I read. I don't know. All I know is life was great until it got flipped upside down and on its ear. I developed Peptic ulcers, gastritis, SIBO & IMO what felt like overnight and amazingly sick but went undiagnosed for an astonishing amount of time and my stomach has never been right and I get sick all the time and I know when I'm about to get sick bc I get this stinging redness on my cheeks. I've also developed something called hashimotos Thyroiditis that has now led into actual hypothyroidism and also Grade 4 gastroparesise. I want to know what happened. I did not have all of these rashes and thyroid issues and aches and depression UNTIL I was diagnosed with H Pylori / ulcers. I have so many things going on where one probiotic is good for this but can make that bad. One food is good for this but can make that bad. I'm boxed in everywhere and I have terrible insurance so unless I win the lottery.... And I'm only 24. *sigh* Sorry for the rant! Thank you for the video!

Sounds like you are doing the right things. Not knowing what your microbiome needs in the sense of probiotics you could cause an imbalance.
