Hey! headaches like this might be due to hormonal disruptions. If you can try getting off from birth control pills or those permanent ones where they release progesterone in the body to thicken the lining of uterus. Also check for any skin care that has hormonal disruptions to name a few vitamin A tretinoine family, homosalate in sunscreens, etc. hope it helps!

I have a Samsung watch and straping it to my ankles does help with the step counts. But just to be sure I can click treadmill workout and I keep track of it that way since it also tracks the miles. However my walking treadmill and watch never match for the steps or miles 😅 so just go by what my watch says since that one is always higher lol

I agree with all the other comment on your headache situation. Have you check the light bulbs you use in the house? The type of bulb it is and the brightness. I suggest keeping a journal of your activities and the weather conditions: humidity etc. do you wear eye contacts? If so maybe not wear them for a week. See what happen. Maybe this is a good time to get your eyes check. You eyes do change as you get older.

Hi! I love your videos. I am a massage therapist and it’s super common to get stuffy face down. You can ask your massage therapist if they have any eucalyptus oil. They can put some on a tissue and stick in by the face cradle. That helps keep the sinuses clear :) also doing face/sinus massage when your face-up can help clear the sinuses

I have barometric pressure headaches which also affects my sinus. They mostly happened during summer and spring time. Try to see if your headaches coincide with a change in weather including high humidity . My life saver is a pill prescribed by my neurologist that is strong enough to kill even the strongest headaches. I also have a preventive treatment. It helps a lot. Lucky for me I'm in Canada . I did not have to pay a dime for the exam, the doctor appointment and the drugs.

Leila, have you gotten your eyes checked? Being that you’re on the computer a lot, reading etc, you might need a change to your eyeglass prescription…. Just a thought….also you’re down south, we get a lot of allergy related issues from the Sahara Dust… I know these are my headache related issues….

Oh no! I’m sorry hear you’re still having headaches. I used to get migraines ALL the time, since I was a kid. During 2020, I took a food sensitivity test and paired the results with an elimination diet to test for symptoms. After I cut certain ingredients out of my diet I noticed that my migraines had completely disappeared. Not sure if those two things were related or not - I’m obvs not a medical professional - but since I’ve suffered from migraines as long as I can remember it was definitely weird. I eventually introduced some of the problematic ingredients back into my diet (in moderation) and had no issues. Other ingredients I never introduced back bc I didn’t miss them so it wasn’t worth it to me. Good luck figuring everything out!!
