@@HitmanSC2 a big part of real estate is the long game. 4% while someone else pays a mortgage for you. That house will build equity, continuing to garner higher rent (over its life), you can pull from the equity, etc etc

@@JoeyBecker housing is intended to be a commodity not an investment, and used to be regulated to keep it that way until the 1980s when it was de-regulated. and everytime i hear about someone "buying" a condo it confuses me, you can't buy a condominum, you can't buy a apartment, you rent or lease those or timeshare a condominum, you buy a house or townhouse or apartment building. and for 179k you should be able to buy the whole apartment building not one 675 square feet 1 bed 1 bath unit in the building

I shut my c02 off. But my regulator is still showing the same psi and gas level. Is the gas off?

Without seeing a photo I can’t say for certain, but I’m 95% sure the gas is off if you turned off the co2. The regulator will continue to show the same psi and gas level until you open the release valve and disconnect the hose to the keg. Hope that helps!
