There is no need to add adrenaline. It only increases the incidence of side effects without giving any additional advantage as the duration of analgesia and akinesia provided by the Lignocaine -Bupivacaine mixture is long enough for any type of cataract surgery.

You are right sir. As long us we used it at 1:1lac, there wasn't much problems. Nowadays using it irrationally leads to side effects

I think you just trying to save your eye business. Is it true when you wear pinhole your pupil shrink? What is the purpose of this pupil? As far i know its regulate light flow into eyes and what relation it has with powered glasses?

I have also done vasalva maneuver to open my ears...but when i have done that my eyes started sounding whenever i blink them...and after some days i can feel pain around my eyes , rainbow coloured halos around bright lights. I went to my eye doctor but he said you have neither glaucoma nor cataracts...I don't know why is this happening?? Can u plzz tell me about it ?
