Love this channel, and all the work you guys put in. I wonder if any type of pet insurance, wellness plans cover any of the costs of these treatments (I doubt it, most of those plans are basically legal scams). While I was watching i just kept thinking "Awesome but ill bet it's expensive" glad you covered other treatments that are a little more affordable. Id also recommend anyone who hasn't watched Mary's video on "fasting and ketogenic diet" to check out that video as well. Good stuff 👏 👍

It sounds like the 7 year old was more on a carnivore diet then a Keto diet. I'm currently doing carnivore and I have noticed a huge decrease in inflammation in my knees and hips. And from what I've read inflammation reduction can slow metastasis, and even reduce existing tumors.

I have a Osteosarcoma amputee with Mets. They've given him 2-4 weeks. He just began the second chemo. I am fasting him 72 hours post first losartin and plan to implement keto/alkaline. I'd love some guidance but don't have much time.

Wow some of these breeds are so young. I've been implementing diet changes for my American Staphordshire bull terrier Odin, I'm feeding less kibble and more Organic grass fed meat (which is higher quality then the basic stuff i feed myself) and am also giving him mushroom capsules (Rishi, Lions Mane, and a few others) that are supposed to help prevent/shrink tumors. I've also quit feeding him out of plastic dishes, trying to get him more physically active and limit his environmental exposure to toxins and chemicals. He'll be 10 in April his dad (Loki) made it o 14½ and im going to do everything I can to make sure Odin gets that far as well.

I used to backyard garden and would compost food/yard waste. One day my dog Odin ate about ⅓ of a 5 gallon bucket worth of compost when I wasn't paying attention. I induced vomiting with peroxide (which I've since learned some vets highly recommend against this) and gave him activated charcoal after he pukes the compost out. I was very lucky I noticed that the bucket of compost had been eaten out of. Was not even on my radar as something a dog might try to eat prior to that.

You and James are an amazing couple. 🙏🏻💕We have a tripawd dog due to sarcoma and we truly understand what you went through. We will come out of this victorious.

Needle biopsy? Xray? Ultrasound? What should be the preferred or go to check of these lumps?

So sorry to hear about your animal friends ❤ Our Lab/Staffy mix had this horrible cancer in her right shoulder and had to have an amputation. She lived for two months and unfortunately developed tumors in her spine and spleen. We had to put her down in mid July. It all happened so fast. It’s pretty hard right now. I wish you the best ❤️

Anyone looking to put their dog through this treatment? Update My pup is a lab mix she has a tumor on her right front leg just below the lower joint. After the vet did the surgery they sent in the sample to the “lab” the information the” lab” provided me with after $4,000 is … “well we don’t know what it is”…. “I mean it’s one of 3 things “ “We’ll need you to send us another $150.00 to do some chemical testing on the sample “ Me: “ wait how are you making the Cutting edge vax that’s supposed to be targeted for her specific tumor without identifying it first !!!!!?” Vet calls me “ explains some stuff, basically tugging the line for Torigen”. Me” ok well I want my best friend to get the best care possible , Let’s do the chemical test “. Results are in!!!!! Lab “ well out of the 3 possibilities we’ve eliminated 2 “ Me” ok does that mean it’s the only other possible thing that you told me it could be?” Lab. “ no we’re going to need another $150.00 from you. Me “ now I’m genuinely very not happy “ I could go on and on with real true data that I’ve put together throughout this whole escapade but I’m going to keep it short. My dog went from having a bump on her leg , other than that a clean bill of health. It’s been 2 months since the 3rd and last vax Now she’s constantly groggy , has the most terrible eye mucus you could possibly imagine, no appetite , can’t be in the sun for more than 2 minutes or she will seem to start loosing her balance , and other things. Long story short as possible. There is multiple types of tissues in tumors they I’D none of them and made a vax for my dog that cost 4,000 I don’t understand how anyone could possibly have had a positive experience with these people. I will be the voice of ,by and for the people on this particular topic. I am very angry, sad , disappointed, frustrated, etc.

In three months time my best boy was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and then my second best boy was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. We also have out very best girl, Annie with Mast Cell Cancer. My head is spinning, I haven’t slept in weeks, I’m drowning emotionally and financially. My boy with osteosarcoma is having his rear leg amputated in the morning. I’m so sick about all of this.

Just watched this video, and love the info. Ton of stuff going through my head after watching this. I have a 9 year old 50/50 Pitty (Odin American pitbull/ Staphordshire bull terrier) he has a growth on his chest that started out looking like a skin tag but now its 4x-5× bigger then his nipple that its right next too. His dad passed away last September (Loki 14½ my absolute spirit animal and the only only thing that brought me back from the edge of a dark place) 3 months after Loki passed Odin developed tumors on his testes, so I had to get him neutered. I sent the samples to Oregon State University veterinary lab for biopsy and the tumors were benign. I recently called my vet about the growth on Odin and he brushed it off. I live in Eugene Oregon and I've been to about every Vet in the area with my boys, and the "Brush off doc" is probably still the best option I've seen in this area. Its frustrating all the vets here either want to run every single test in the book (even ones not relevant to what I brought my dog in for) or they want to do absolutely nothing because I look like I'm poor. But I think I'm going to order the Urine test as from what I can tell the lump looks like it could be hemangiosarcoma. Thanks again for the info.

yes yeast probiotics saccromyces boulardii and I arrested my Giant Schnauzers osteosarcoma in 2022 by feeding raw hamburger and raw chicken with bones in every day , this protocol is 7 days a week multivitamin, 880mgs Fenbendazole pure from vet compounding pharmacy per day, 8mgs of 1% Ivermectin liquid for animals which is 8/10ths of one CC which is .021 ml/cc per Kg. LDN 2.5mgs from compounding pharmacy , 2-Cimetidine x 3 times a day , one Loratidine x 1 per day , Benadryl x 1 per day and 200mgs melatonin per day , I'm going to look into artemisinin read about it for 7 years never needed it , she (giant schnauzer) has perfect blood work and is thriving no lung problems and C reactive protein is normal started this as soon as I found broken toe nail took three months to arrest this post is June 2024 How am I able to cure osteosarcoma but a doctor can't they just want to amputate which will give you about 2-3 months ,really about a week before they start going down hill waste of money and very archaic for the dog sad this is all the vets are taught and know and chemo therapy is not well tolerated in dogs chemo kills healthy cells which release glucose which speeds up the cancer pathogen by giving more food glucose and Immunotherapy doesn't work either vets don't care they want to clean your wallet out and prey on your love for your dog
