I always wanted to dehydrate herbs because after a few days I ended up throwing it out. I just got tired of wasting money. Also I just do not have the patients to dry for 6 -12 hours. I tried this method through another content creator & this seems to work. My question is that did you cover the herbs with another paper towel or did you leave it uncovered? Thank You

After doing a little research on rock wool, it isn't made as you described. Binders are added.

how much water did the hydroponic lettuce drink per week?

I cut some leafs off my plants and dropped them in the soil under and a leaf started rooting.. so crazy I was not even trying to root anything just chop and drop… but yeah I’m curious to see what it does. But personally I don’t like rooting into water for most things I like using moist soil. Less rot I have noticed for me at least. Though where I live it stays suer humid so maybe that is why.

Bonsoir madame.

Fabulous info... again as we always go back to you to check on how to use our Vevor Chamber. One thing we do that you do not do is to fold over the top of the bag when pouring in soup or other messy ingredients....This keeps the food from making a mess of the edge of the bag. Once filled we undo the fold... Just thought I would share this info. Love our machine and use it quite a bit.

Maybe Kratky plant has to produce more roots (air & water) to go "find" air & water, since the water level is dropping. DWC plant has air and moist bubbles all the time and does not have to produce roots to seek them out. ??? Thank you for sharing your nutrient schedule. Do u check EC?

Dr Rhonda Patrick suggests eating them after 3 days of sprouting ie 4 days (1 day soak and 3 days sprouting). So the grow light probably best.

If you would have just planted the sponge into dirt it would been a lot better i do this from my areo garden removing the sponge from the cage right into the dirt you have to do it before the roots get too long.

Microgreens...are they containing less sulforaphane? I wonder if that is true because I like the stronger taste in salads. Nice experiment and I could indeed not understand why these should be kept in total darkness. I have to say that in my home the sprouts are not developping as quikcly as in most videos. May be because it is autumn and in the kitchen the temperature is 18 C. May be a bit higher temperature would help? I also do not put them upside down but I just keep them upside down for 3-4 minutes. That seems to be doing the trick well because you do not et a drip after that for minutes. Thx for the nice experiment!!
