how do you get these audio reactive visuals? when i try to connect a red outout back into an activated control on the surface, its greyed out and doesnt let me.
@paul_cochraneАй бұрын
I don't fully remember how I managed to pull that off but I'm pretty sure I made 2 of the same FX chain in patcher and one of them led to the visual controls that made it reactive and the other identical FX chain produced the audio.

Little did we know.. It was those who shone with a special type of radiance who didn't fit in.... Because this world didn't know how to react to anyone who actually had such light
@paul_cochrane2 ай бұрын
Little did the people know that there actually was no light in the first place. not from anything on earth. it was shown that the light came from a greater being but no one believed and everyone rejected.

@PaulCochrane , how you do yor music? What chords progressions, development ideas, melody vices...,you have?
@paul_cochrane2 ай бұрын
@@YukiEhms So the way I make my music is by using what I've learned and putting it all into different songs in unique ways. The way I learned was by failing for years and learning from those mistakes. The way I found mistakes was by exploring new ideas and doing things I wouldn't usually do. It takes lot's of time and lot's of work.
@YukiEhms2 ай бұрын
@@paul_cochrane of course. Said that, what exactly did you learned? Hahahah, I am trying to get a grasp in theory with you
@paul_cochrane2 ай бұрын
@@YukiEhms I learned that you have to see how the professionals do it and only them at first. once you've learned everything you need to know about what they do and you can do it yourself, explore. Find something new. Also, I learned that one of the most important and underrated parts of music is music theory. If you learn enough music theory, you will learn how to control your music entirely to make your listeners enjoy it. Find artists that you are inspired in and do tons of research on them and how they got to where they were. There are so many good artists to learn from and there are some artists ive been studying for years and I still don't know everything about them. I eventually want to make a video about this topic because it is very special and important.

@@paul_cochrane aaaaah, you did not told me any sort technical specific information like a list of chords, partimentos, development sections and so on
