I can't help but notice the influence of Jean-Michel Jarre and Vangelis in your music. Your Infinity Train tracks (no pun intended) specially remind me of Jarre, with their own twist of course You're a master of electronic music, very underrated art

This is incredible! I love all of the uses of practical lights and camera tricks to mesh with the visual effects. Was this shot with an anamorphic lens? Also, you somehow made this whole video feel like a video one would find on very early KZbin. Like, the 2007-2008 era. Such an incredible retro blast from the past, my man.
@chromecanyon2 жыл бұрын
Thank you!! Yes shot on 80s anamorphic lenses! Except for the plates which were running on the screens (driving backgrounds) - that was shot with my Sony A7Siii. Oh also some drone stuff not anamorphic as well. :) glad you dig it! Love the anamorphic lenses they’re incredible!
@leviboypopop2 жыл бұрын
@@chromecanyon Oh HELL yeah man! I recently shot my capstone college film on the A7Siii as well. Such a great camera and such a fun set overall. Really cool to see another filmmaker tapping into this style. (Also hi, big fan, Absolutely all of my film’s OST was inspired by your work, thanks for all you do).

This is the only KB cover I have not cringed at, to any degree. The arrangement sounds like what she might have produced had she written this song 30 years later. And Phoebe nailed the insanely elastic vocal demands. SUPERB.

Loved her since jr high, watching her do "Them heavy people" on SNL. A tough girl to cover and that was my favorite. The "Running up that hill" cover of last year? Not so much, made me beg for the real! God bless you Kate! Walter Kerley

If there is a watcher at the center of the universe, this is their background music as they witness mankind's past, present, and future. Just enough trappings from the late 70s and early 80s. Not too much thunder from modern synth. Both perfectly within its own time, and outside all other times, this album is timeless.

The vocals in the song are fantastically difficult, and she absolutely NAILS them here. Amazing work, extremely impressive.
