Long Island City was probably named as a little village, when the rest of Queens was just a baby. 14:09 I remember this almost hairpin turn; if you take it too quickly, you can surely wipe out. Remember; you shouldn't run over pedestrians because they will throw off the balance and alignment of your tires. It'll give a hard ride !! 🤪 It's funny; when I was ever in Manhattan, it always felt manic and frantic, as if I was on cocaine. That city seems to be maxed out emotionally. The only time I’ve been to NYC was October 2019, just before covid. Driving toward Manhattan from JFK and seeing the skyline lit up as the sun was going down in an orange sky is something that will always live with me.
