Hi sir, finally I'm writing my thoughts down here. Your channel has really inspired me. I spent a whole day going through your videos when I was preparing interviews for a site engineer role abroad, I'm soooo excited about this role. Even though it is true, I didn't realise how much this industry is worldwide saturated more importantly, how this has an effect on the everyday life of Indian engineers I grew up in India and 7 years before completed my B.TECH(CIVIL- ENGINEERING) and now I am doing normal civil engineer job in india !! This is so embraced and I feel this is a headache I still can't move abroad I am trying it. I want to encourage Indian engineering students, especially those from the Indian community and with lack of English barrier and also it being their second language, to follow their dreams to become an engineer in Abroad. Only one chance to give me I will perform definitely

Mark 6 New International Version A Prophet Without Honor 1Jesus left there and went to his hometown, accompanied by his disciples. 2When the Sabbath came, he began to teach in the synagogue, and many who heard him were amazed. “Where did this man get these things?” they asked. “What’s this wisdom that has been given him? What are these remarkable miracles he is performing? 3Isn’t this the carpenter? Isn’t this Mary’s son and the brother of James, Joseph, a Judas and Simon? Aren’t his sisters here with us?” And they took offense at him.

Yes that's very true there's a lot of people in this world that would learn a lot more if they went on the job and did it than sitting in a classroom true it's basically the same thing you can send the classroom for years but you're still gonna go out there with no experience there was no experience and have to learn it anyways the real way it's just sad that you can't get any good jobs unless you go to school

@@joelchrysler6238 I don't agree. My dads using the tin studs for bulkheads and backframing as we finish our basement. But it's a pain to cut. Sharp to handle. A pain to hold drywall while a whole screw screws in. Maybe I don't know what I'm doing with it but i would rather have a loud air compressor, skilsaw and 2x2 strapping and just clean up the mess after but have it be done with.
@joelchrysler62382 жыл бұрын
@@maxnovakovics2568 I'd have to say you're doing it wrong then. They are super easy to cut with snips and even easier with a chop saw. Crimp it in the place you want to hold it and then use a Kelly screw... you're right they can be sharp but you learn how to handle it. It's way faster, No question

I also received my associated degree while in my apprenticeship. I went on to civil engineering and construction project management. I wish you the best and take pride in all you are involved building. Pass on your skills and knowledge.

Which course to be done become a glazier. Duration College
@consciousnessinabody4 жыл бұрын
it is an apprenticeship which means you get paid to learn, it is likely you would apply to your local glazier's union and they would train you briefly on the basics and then send you into the field to learn all you need within the next four years.... generally pay raises every 6 months until you reach the glazier's prevailing wage (how much all men at the proficient journeymen level get paid)

Depends on location.. just go get a job and learn as much as you can smaller companies pay less ... but they expect more so you are forced into the flames ... if ur looking for a job go union .... if ur looking for a career go to another small company and work for a year ... you will learn more in a year out of necessity at a small company then you will in 3 at a larger company .. Good luck ... FYI glass breaks every day ... there will always be work ...

All employees should be entitled to hazardous pay when they have to report to the office during this Covid -19 uncertainty. It’s the right thing to do. All employees working in the office should be entitled to this pay. Easily coded, similar to how employees coded non-telework days.
