Well this explains a lot My sophomore year of HS I had to choose which honors class not to take because of scheduling. Apparently, this was a rare problem they hadn’t encountered yet. So I chose to take regular Lit instead of honors…it was the dumbest class I’ve ever taken and it was still considered advanced. I was shocked by the contrast. We had read Dante’s Inferno in my Freshman lit honors class and now we were debating 50 page books. It’s hard to talk about these things without sounding braggy. Much of what is mentioned here applies and it’s a relief to hear it spoken about. I can relate to a lot of the struggles including anxiety, isolation, never feeling satisfied, perfectionism, addiction, etc. Did terrible, a B instead of an A. 😂 I can relate. My kids are brilliant but I don’t believe in skipping grades. They have to develop social/emotionally otherwise we are just creating additional problems. Find lateral stimulus.

I do believe this is under reported. My doctor hasn’t reported my reaction but I did report my flu vaccine reaction. I’m still working on a diagnosis as I’m early stages but was sent to a foot doctor for high amount of pain in feet that shoots up my leg. My foot doctor said no this is neurological and it’s looking really bad!

So Epic rides on Mumps which was a very good language. Not sure why the interface sucks... Mumps if the back end... what to do who can get the records in order. If massive databases are lost we are screwed. The MUMPS records are very secured and have layers of locking.

Seems that the old M programming is going strong... Made in Mass. While so much depends on it we rarely hear about... It is almost 70 years old. Anyone know anything about it. University of Mass I think and used first in Boston.

Does big-pharma have some culpability? They promote all these drugs in commercials to people who then tell the drs what is wrong with them and name the specific drug that they need.

I had the flu this week and the medications only lowered it by like 2 degrees. I had 100-104 fever with or without meds for 5 days straight. Idk what it was fighting but it was too much to just ride it out, even if the relief was only a couple of degrees.

Attorneys do more to damage vaccines + drug development than anyone. They start with indicting, scary articles, then out go those batch mailings, solicitous of our every discomfort or mishap - since our therapy. If we might have been harmed, or even suspect it, we'll pad the numbers + increase odds of a settlement. No fees, since he is fine with ⅓ of 10 million. Bye-Bye, Lyme-Rx (tho my dog can still be protected). Those trials were done nearby - for 5+ years! I was thrilled when it was deemed effective. Alas, within one year, the company pulled our first Lyme vax -due to the sheer mass of attys. I'd like to know how flunkies so misused Ipecac - that we are now forced to drive poisoned kids to the E.R.-to obtain it. A trusted member of the family medicine chest since 1850 -which now helps only attys! One by one, they steal our life-saving medicines. Trump's 'not letting Bobby near nuclear power' is wise; Jr., proud reinventor of the wheel, would have us huddling with our pets for warmth.

How would anybody in the world know whether anything is working, if you don’t test for it? Where on planet earth are there studies on the millions of people ( each and every one a study patient) going on? Who do you know that can tell you what their antibody ,or T cell level is, and how it correlates with “ immunity” ,a word that YOU used at least 10 times in your presentation? This whole thing is nothing but kabuki theatre, and sham.

Just paid a medical bill where a 30 second procedure that cost them a single pair of nitrile hand gloves, a special pair of long tweezers, and a plastic, disposable device that is cheap was billed to me for $350 and the insurance paid NONE of it, even though the procedure was necessary within a timeframe. And then there was an $18 "brief emotional behavior assessment" charge...so they charged me for their coming in the room and asking me a few questions? SIGH....

Every member of the health care team deserves respect and collaboration. No one better than the next one. I agree we should function as a team and let everyone with a license function at the top of their scope of practice. Paramedic here who has worked in hospital and PreHospital. I have seen a lot in 40 years. I'm extremely pro PA's and NP's absolutely fabulous professionals who are smart and I do believe most know their limitations and reach for the Physicians when needed.

As a long time Paramedic who has worked PreHospital, ER-Trauma, CVICU I have experienced this a few times in the more recent last 10 years out of my 40 year career. Better CPR certainly is a variable to consider. I have patients in V F no pulse awake enough to feel the defibrillation and/or like you described performing compressions and they are awake. You stop compressions and out they go. If I recall I have two patients able to articulate the resuscitation efforts in very detailed order even knowing our names. Something to think about.

Boom. Hit it on the head. We are guids, you bring your own healing with you. I feel psychedelics expose to our waking minds the true sentient mind. That part of us created in gods image, our very soul, or to steal phrase from pop culture, " the all spark." This awareness allows our ascended self to take its proper place in command over our animal nature, Aka the flash. For it is so often the case that the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.
