Its really dissapointing that this telecommunications advertising the home wifi has no access at all to tell the subscribers what to do help to fix the issues. I have zlt xx28 pro. Only Du SIM card is getting detected in the device. It already says Carrier unlocked for 4G and 5G, I did it from superadmin.

Bro I put virgin sim, it picked the Sim but internet is not working. I tried to add the APN name and choosed auto also,.

To fix these problems, you need multiple apns. Enable the main apn as internet with ipv4 only. After that, click on Multiple apn and add another apn named du. Turn on ipv4 and ipv6 for this apn. Then your problems should be fixed.

It's not working because you have not removed your du sim card and turned off tr069. Note: If tr069 is enabled, passwords will be automatically changed by the ACS server.

In my place we have 4g three bands b1 b3 and b8 The problem whenever i combine b8 with the other two the b8 become the first one combined with just one of the other two i mean the router combines just two b8+b1 or b8+b3 And sometimes it combines the threee bends.
