Small paper clip / binders on the left and right near the bottom and a tether strap at the top that the window cinches up against.

Using open source software called xLights, you can "sequence" your lightshow to any song you desire. Pricing to setup a show is tough to calculate as it depends on a lot of factors (controllers, amount of props, new or used equipment, specialty tools, etc...), but generally speaking, when starting the hobby, a good rule of thumb is $1/light. After you get your foundation established, that number starts to come way down.
