Now that I’ve finally No Damaged Theseus and the Barbarian King (two of the three hardest bosses) I really don’t have to worry much until Zeus, and that’s the final boss of the game so fortunately everything is going well!

​@@flingsmashswit2The sisters of the fates might have pre-planned this incident. Zeus can easily kill Kratos in his vulnerable state with no godly powers. So the sisters might have somewhat made Kratos being smashed by the dead Colossus hand thereby helping Zeus.

Thanks man! By far my biggest achievement here was absolutely the Ares fight, especially Phase 2 with the Clones like the level of crowd control I had to master was absolutely insane. Was a frustrating experience at times but ultimately I felt really satisfied and content with everything I did, really do not regret any of this in the slightest. God of War 2 next hehe

I've got plenty. First off, the Valkyries are part of larger iterative questline, each one of them gains a new attack that the others don't have and specializes in something that the others don't (e.g. Kara's gimmick is summoning Draugr, Geirdriful's gimmick is covering the arena in fog, etc.) What makes Valkyrie Queen Sigrun special is that she specializes in EVERYTHING that the first 8 Valkyries had. She has all their strengths and none of the weaknesses. Actually, she has one major meta weakness that all the others lack: she has no new moves, which means that if you remember how to dodge each of the previous Valkyries' moves then Sigrun is very much possible. However, she also has new attack patterns in how she can chain together the different combos of each Valkyries, e.g. she will do Eir's spinning-wings to light-wand combo but then immediately jump in the air and do an instakill air grab right when Eir's combo usually ends in order to through you off. But remember this: if you've made it this far, you can certainly dodge each of the Valkyrie's attacks in a vacuum, so it's now up to you to memorize her attack patterns and predict, dodge then punish everything she does. And punishing is of the utmost importance: this ain't Elden Ring, you ain't some slow-ass Tarnished YOU ARE THE GOD OF WAR. Your R1 attacks come out incredibly fast so take advantage of that, as long as you don't spam them. Hell, you can also charge R2 and pull out an Executioner's Cleave on her in a few situations, she has quite a few attacks that leave her vulnerable for just enough time to allow you to land a charged-R2 blow on her (e.g. after you throw the Leviathan Axe at her to stop her light AOE attack like with Eir). But my biggest piece of advice? Don't. Spam. Runics. They can certainly stun her but she's really good at finding ways to get out of them, especially the ones that last forever like Cyclone of Chaos and Fury of the Ice Troll. I recommend using quick single-hit Runics like Hel's Touch that allow you to chain in some of your R1 attacks right after, but even then you shouldn't get greedy and make sure to time your Runics well. That's all I have to say for now. If I described in detail each and every Valkyrie attack and how to dodge them this would be a very long comment, but if you have any specific attack that you struggle with feel free to let me know and I will certainly help you with it. Thanks man. Easily the second hardest boss I've ever fought in a video game (Malenia is no. 1) and beating her is already enough of a hassle, let alone nearly no damaging her. Still happy with what I did though!

@@UltimateXenoZ Same. Only other GoW bosses that made me struggle as much were Gna and Theseus, but eventually I got all of their movesets down and now they're all pretty simple. Except maybe Gna though.

@@canc.atalay_ PCSX2 is the emulator I use, but you could also employ AetherXS2 if you want to play on Android for some reason. You'll then need a ROM site to get the game itself for the emulator to play. Unfortunately I will get banned from KZbin if I tell you any specific sites, so you should just search up "God of War PS2 ISOs" on Google and you will find some good results.

Yup, I'm 100% a Blades guy and went full in on it here. Realm Shift was a major focus too, I equipped the Radiance Set to get Witch Time, Heimdall's talisman for six second Realm Shift and the Pommels of the Nine Realms to activate a 2 second Realm Shift whenever I activate Immolation. Slowing down time during battle is easily the most badass thing you can do in this game and that's saying a lot.

Yeah it's just like Sigrun I made one dumb mistake and the No Damage was ruined ☠☠☠☠☠☠ well there's always next time I suppose

Good point. Imma try to do this solo in my next playthrough so I'll keep that in mind.

Also this is might be hard for me to explain, but you can feel a small window in between holding the sprint button and actually sprinting and in that window you can still roll. It helps with delayed attacks but it’s not a magic bullet.
