I am playing on Switch and I prefer single player, yet I would love to be able to occassionally encounter other player's bases just to make the universe feel more vibrant and each place more unique. The uniform structures of the three races get kinda repetitive pretty quickly. So far, I have only seen some planets, which were labeled as being discovered by somebody else.

I changed my freighter colour a few days ago, put it as bright pink thinking I will spot thats mine now so easy, how wrong was I, now ALL the NPC Freighters that spawn in are also pink

If you're jumping multiple galaxies the best way is to use the freighter warp because you wont need to repair your starship each time. You need more than one starship for this obviously. And remember that it will still damage your active starship so switch back once you get in your freighter.

watching in 2024, I ended up in 7 after the Atlas path. That was after I finished everything else in terms of quests. Had it marked as Galaxy 2 .. now finding out I seem to have been propelled a bit further.

I don't think this works anymore, i tried this without watching a tutorial but the pilot doesn't stand there. Instead you can only interact with your old ship to potentially buy it back but no other options.

Im confused. So i just started the game. If i go to galaxy map, i can hop from spot to spot. Are those galaxies im hopping to? Or just solar systems? I can zoom WAAAAYYY out. When i zoom out and see all those points, is that all within one galaxy, or are all those points galaxies?

I think you should do this with commentary becuase people who might want to get back into it wont want to do the work to read and watch the whole thing. They likely want to hear quickly what the changes are and make the decision. Good work but jsit a thought to help increase viewer count and engagement
