This is what our fast food and grocery store industry needs to be aiming for. Where I live for a while some restaurants were using biodegradable or recycling packaging. But now it's only packaged in Number 5 which is not recycled here. Everyone is telling us not to eat beef because they think cattle destroy the climate. But sustainable managed cattle aren't the problem. It's plastic waste and not eating locally and sustainably. We need to start shopping, cooking and eating as people do in most European countries. They cook with locally grown, seasonal items. Our current food industry is one of the biggest reasons the climate is affected.
