Every time that you checked on it you should’ve let us know how long it had cooked for. All you said is at the end, “I’m gonna let it cook for 10 more minutes”. You need to give us the total approximate time to cook it and what the internal temperature should be. All you really did is show us how you seasoned your wings.
@georgiacookingforthesoul
@georgiacookingforthesoul 8 күн бұрын
I don't check for internal temp. I Will say cook for about two hours total, everyone's oven cooks differently so I advise you to check for tenderness and how much you want it to brown.

There's nothing better than fried fish, is there? I grew up a few blocks over from the Long Island sound in Glen Cove NY, and my dad fished and dug clams, that's just about all we ate back in the wild and woolly 60s. Those were truly the days! Miss you, dad!

This make me want a pot of mustard greens and cracklin bread so bad it hurts! My husband can't eat much stuff like that anymore and my teen daughter won't, so I ain't making all that just for me. I used to make some for my sister and me at Christmas or Thanksgiving dinner. She eat it and her kids will too. God Bless you and thank you for sharing your recipe, it looks too good.
