Signing shoes SOUNDS fun to him so he really enjoys that one 🤩 We were trying to teach him I love you this morning (*putting fists & arms across chest as in hugging self*) & he kinda beat his chest like a monkey with one hand on the first try.. When we had him do it again he signed shoes lol

Lovely advice! I wish I had tried this when my boy was born (emergency c section). I actually spent so much of my sleeping time in the beginning on the couch semi upright that once I was able to be in a bed again my scar area was painful and had to stretch a bit to be used to laying flat. Keep up the videos 💕

Yes, it's a bit of work remembering to care for ourselves when we have a new human (& sometimes our lives) to take care of almost immediately, taking it easy yet making sure to be mobile is key😍 Thanks for sharing!
