Good try, friend. From what I could see, everything was running fairly well, though try these 2 adjustments: 1st, and most importantly, carve that notch a bit deeper into the divet. Make it look very much like a missing piece of pie. Stop the point just shy of bottom dead center of the divet though, maybe ⅛ inch. 2d, use full length bow strokes and light to medium pressure... just enough to create dust. That's the pressure sweet spot. Ride that out until the dust is overflowing the notch. At that point, the spindle should be well down into the Dust pile, & you can speed it up & apply just a bit more pressure to increase heat. Try it again on camera. Tag me in the video so I can celebrate your success with you. I'll look forward to seeing you nail it!

I'm going to do this tomorrow. I spent my first night in my Dipole the other day. Wow....what a great tent. It's a palace inside.

Definitely the world best all-rounder, in my opinion! Mine will be 44 in the year 2063, when I am 81. Will be interesting to see how the world changed and my 110 will looks. Great video, thank you!
