Yes it has low sound quality and heating issue also excessive red ips glow in dark room condition nd some pplz also tell that they face screen bleeding too which I also noticed after 11days of buying now I'm returning this laptop to Amazon

@@keyurshah9798 yes but I already complaint abt it in under 2 days so the technician has not visited till one week the Amazon is just giving 48 hours again nd again but not sending any hp technician so I called technician from direct hp he came nd check the laptop it's didn't have any hardware issue or software issue so it was obvious that this laptop has many manufacturer minor defects which can have in every other model of this laptop too now I prefer to buy offline nd just listen my advice don't ever buy aptops from online just go offline nd check everything of that laptop before buying that particular laptop

@@Abhii4505 I called a technician from hp to inspect I gave all the details the technician somehow managed to remove doa letter for my product for return/replacement he told me to call Amazon customer care nd submit this doa for return/replacement now they are giving me the return today they are coming for my pickup nd they said I will get refund in 5 working days maximum time in under 7days
