I know it CLAIMS it's "uncut" - but if that's not a CUT right in the middle of the first verse of Nothin' To Lose, I don't know what you'd call it - 0:45

I think this was on February 19, 1974. Kiss Alive wasn't released until September 10, 1975. In less than 2 years they would make Rock & Roll history and become one of the biggest rock groups in the world. Never give up folks, your big break could come tomorrow.

Black Diamond is out of this world. Timeless masterpiece. Unmatched through all eternity. You can say what you wand about KISS later than 1980 and you will be right, but KISS from the 70s remains untouchable.

dude I always thought Paul was just throwing shade as he dose when he talked about how bad Peters drumming had got during this time, but watching the video... wow he looks like a 90 year old man playing the drums. They said they had to amplify his drums so much because he didnt have strength or rhythm to hit the drums anymore.

What a fun song this is. Love the lyrics and melody. And a wise way to turn that frown upside down. 😊

Most all our worldly troubles are only drifting bubbles. Most all our cares and sorrows are gone with our tomorrows. So don't you let them fret you or someday they will get you. When skies are gray stop work and play, and laugh your cares away. Chorus Just smile and swing along, the while you sing a song. Your troubles fade away when you are gay. If all your cares appear as dark as night, you'll find it won't be long, with just a song, they'll be alright. And when you're feeling blue and so unhappy too. When all your skies are gray, and shadows fall. Things are not what they seem. You'll find them just a dream, if you will sing a song and swing along too. Just turn your tears to laughter and joy will follow after. If May days you remember, you'll soon forget December. Instead of asking pity, just say you're sitting pretty. Then you will see that life will be a wondrous melody.

Long time, huge KISS fan but I'll never understand the gayish ish that can be seen here or as another example on the cover of HTH with Paul holding Peter's leg. I can only guess they were instructed to do it by people who "managed" them. The idea being to create a "mystery" about them. In my book, it only created cringe. Goes for other the bands that did it as well, KISS was hardly the only one.
