you need a finer drum carder. the neps (bobbly bit) are caused when the fibres break. This breaking is caused by your drum carder being courser fibres

Good job. One thing. The hatches should be either the base color or primer red. The vast majority of German armor after 1942, the inside of the hatches were painted either primer or vehicle color.

VERY NICE! EXCELLENT WORK!....i would have used a wider, flat brush, & "steel" paint, and dry-brushed the roadwheel contact points....maybe some quickie, not-perfect, masks to make it even easier....that's the ONLY minor nit-pick....KUTGW!
